SERVING COMMUNITY
Answering God's call to serve our local & worldwide communities
For I was hungry and you gave me food; I was thirsty and you gave me drink; I was a stranger and you took me in; I was naked and you clothed me; I was sick and you visited me; I was in prison and you came to me. Matthew 25:35-36
We believe that we grow in faith by serving community.
Our mission response to God’s call for service is a heartfelt expression of our love for God.
Our time, talent, and resources make a positive impact in our local, national, and worldwide communities.

FIGHTING HUNGER IN 2020
CAMEROON CONNECTION
Cameroon, the country of origin for a family in our congregation, has been in a state of crisis for over a year. Peaceful protests for equality and opportunity in the English-speaking regions have been violently put down by the French-speaking government. Curtailment of internet service and arrests of protest leaders are being used to maintain control. We have joined in the PCUSA's call to prayer and have communicated our support to the home church of our Cameroonian family and to the Presbyterian Church in Cameroon.
CHURCH/SCHOOL PARTNERSHIP
Valley Forge Elementary School - Currently on hold as we plan what this will look like in the future.

BLANKETS BY FAITH
Currently individuals are making blankets from their homes. We donated 20 warm blankets over the Advent Season to homeless individuals.
